CEDC tailors its equality and diversity courses to meet the needs of individual clients. Our training material is clearly linked to the Welsh Assembly Government funded BME Training Resource Pack, but CEDC has gone to particular lengths to research additional material and to employ more innovative training methods to help ensure that clients retain and…yes… even perhaps enjoy the training!
